Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NannyTracker mobile application (the "App"), operated by an independent developer based in California ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

There is no minimum age requirement to use the App. However, if you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

NannyTracker is designed to help connect nannies with their employers and to assist with tracking work schedules, tasks, mileage, and compensation owed or earned. The App provides tools to:

• Assign and manage nanny-related tasks
• Track work schedules and hours
• Track mileage for compensation purposes
• Record information about children under care
• Calculate compensation owed based on entered schedules and rates

The App is provided for organizational and informational purposes only and does not replace professional, legal, tax, payroll, or employment advice.

3. Account Registration

• Full name
• Email address

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of the App

• Use the App for any illegal, misleading, or unauthorized purpose
• Misrepresent employment, payment, or childcare information
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
• Interfere with the App’s operation or security
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code except as permitted by law

5. User Content and Responsibilities

The App allows users to input and manage information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Employers are responsible for accuracy of payment rates, schedules, child information, and tasks
• Nannies are responsible for accuracy of logged hours, mileage, and task completion
• Compensation calculations are based solely on information entered by users

We do not verify User Content and are not responsible for errors, omissions, disputes, or outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Child Information

Employers may input information about children under their care. You agree to only upload child information that you have the legal right to share and to keep such information accurate and appropriate. The App does not monitor, supervise, or guarantee childcare services.

7. Payments and Compensation

NannyTracker does not process payments or hold funds. Compensation calculations are estimates. Future features may include payments or subscriptions.

8. Third-Party Services and Apple Disclaimer

The App may integrate with third-party services. Apple, Inc. is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including software and design, are owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App operator from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or discontinue the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
